Basically, someone is collecting the images from web comic sites, compiling them into Facebook apps, then asking for donations to himself under the guise of supporting the artist!
It is pretty astonishing what an app can do... well, actually, it is totally believable that an app can do this sort of thing, but that a person would actually stoop so low to invent a way to steal from people who are already giving their work away for free... well, that is just a new level of sleaze.
Please, pass this information on.
Also, please, let us know if you see any 4DE titles used by this guy's app--in fact, let us know if you see any of our titles being used on Facebook apps in general, because we have not authorized that.
I can't act on behalf of titles 4DE does not have license to, but if any 4DE titles are used, then I can act, and you better believe I will!
--And you can too, by telling everyone, and especially every web comic artist you know about it, and also reporting this criminal activity to Facebook, and any other platform you find it on!
